What is my size?
There's a sizing chart above the "Add To Cart" button. If you need additional help feel free to send us a message on instagram @KONTERFEITSHOP or email us directly with the form above.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the Postal Carrier and seasons. Usually during holidays there's a rush in orders but we'll work diligently to get you your items right away. Shipping estimations update frequently and can be found on our Shipping Policy Page here.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we ship to most countries world wide. You can find out if we ship to you by placing an item in your shopping cart and checking out. You'll know if we ship to your country when you fill out the form for your delivery address and your country appears in the drop down menu.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order please email us with the form above with your Order Number and reason to cancel. If the package has not left our warehouse we'll cancel the order immediately. Unfortunately once the package leaves our warehouse it will be out of our hands.
