We ship all our products ourselves from Vancouver, Canada. Shipping times will fluctuate depending on which country you reside. In the unlikely case that a parcel gets lost in transit, we'll be happy to send out a replacement. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered.  

We package our products and ship them out twice a week from our Vancouver warehouse. Delivery times correspond to the estimated times based off Canada Post shipments. Please allow a few days for Canada Post to process and send tracking numbers. Konterfeit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, Konterfeit will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate with the carrier.

What does the shipping cost pay for?

We don't charge extra for shipping, what you pay is what it cost to ship to your location. Our Teddy's are quite large and it cost quite a bit to ship them around the world. We package our Teddy's in secure safe boxes with an extra plastic protection layer to keep them dry and undamaged. 

It's been over the estimated shipping time!

During these unprecedented times, governments have created restrictions due to the pandemic which has caused shipping delays which are uncontrollable to us. Customs in some countries are holding packages and there is no definitive time as for how long they'll hold the packages. There is also the case of shipping companies struggling to keep up with higher online purchase deliveries with fewer available planes in the sky to carry those orders. This has also caused delays in delivery times. We hope you understand the current situation, but know that things are getting better and your Teddys are on their way!
