We strive to make our return policy as simple as possible. If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us at support@konterfeit.com and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped your way. Unfortunately we do not cover buyers remorse. Contact us with any questions and our friendly support team will be happy to help you out. After all, our goal is for you to have a fantastic experience shopping at Konterfeit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused (except to try them on), unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags still attached.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

14 Day Exchange

We have a 14 day exchange policy. Please sent the Teddy's back to us within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for an exchange.


Exchange Steps

We replace items if they are the wrong size, defective, or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@konterfeit.com.

Place a note in the box containing your Order Number and a message for the reason for exchange. (i.e. Please exchange Large for a Medium).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when a replacement Teddy is on its way.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Konterfeit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, Konterfeit will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
