We offer a 14-day exchange policy. To qualify, please return the item within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused (except for trying on), unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Exchange Steps
We’re happy to replace items if they are the wrong size, defective, or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

- Your Order Number
- The reason for the exchange (e.g., “Please exchange a Large for a Medium” or "Pink for a Black Teddy").
3. Send It Back: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, ensuring it meets the return policy requirements (unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition, with all original tags still attached).
4. Inspection & Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you when your replacement item is on its way.
