We strive to make our return policy as simple as possible. If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us at support@konterfeit.com and we will arrange for a new item to be shipped your way. Unfortunately we do not cover buyers remorse. Contact us with any questions and our friendly support team will be happy to help you out. After all, our goal is for you to have a fantastic experience shopping at Konterfeit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused (except to try them on), unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with it's tags still attached.


Exchange Steps

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@konterfeit.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you when a replacement Teddy is on its way.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be sent your way.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Konterfeit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, Konterfeit will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
