We strive to make our return policy as simple as possible. If your items arrive in less than perfect condition, please notify us at support@konterfeit.com and we will arrange for a new product to be shipped your way after the defective teddy has been returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately our return policy does not cover buyers remorse. Contact us with any questions and our friendly support team will be happy to help you out. After all, our goal is for you to have a fantastic experience shopping at Konterfeit.

Konterfeit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the customer. Upon inquiry, Konterfeit will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Exchange Steps

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at support@konterfeit.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you when a replacement Teddy is on its way.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item will be sent your way.


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
