What is my size?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the Postal Carrier and seasons. Usually during holidays there's a rush in orders but we'll work diligently to get you your items right away. Shipping estimations update frequently and can be found on our Shipping Policy Page here.

I got the wrong size, can I exchange for a different size?

Yes of course, if you feel like you need to swap your item for a different size please email us at support@konterfeit.com and let us know your order number and that you would like to swap sizes. We honour all exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You'll have to send the item back yourself and cover the cost of shipping. Please leave a note in the box with your order number and a message stating which size you would like to swap to.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries world wide. You can find out if we ship to you by placing an item in your shopping cart and checking out. You'll know if we ship to your country when you fill out the form for your delivery address and your country appears in the drop down menu.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please email us with your Order Number and reason for canceling. If the package has not left our warehouse we'll cancel the order immediately. Unfortunately once the package leaves our warehouse it will be out of our hands.
